All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with a flat rate between $10-$25 based on size and weight. You receive a tracking number once your item is on it's way. Should you need your order delivered via a different carrier, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to arrange it.
Our lead time is 2-3 weeks, plus 3-7 business days for shipment. Please note that we are a small shop, and this is liable to change based on order volume and parts availability. Should you need your items rushed, please contact the studio prior to placing your order to see if this is possible.
Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within New York State. This will automatically populate once you fill in your shipping address. All sales delivered outside of New York State do not charge sales tax.
As with life, be gentle. Avoid any harsh chemicals. Unfinished brass develops a beautiful patina with age. If you want to brighten the brass, we recommend Brasso, which will restore the metal to it's original color.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we will happily arrange a refund or exchange. Rough Luck will charge a 15% restocking fee. We are unable to cover any additional shipping costs. Customized goods are final sale.
We are happy to work with you to make your fixture perfect. Some common customization requests include

All custom orders are considered final sale and have the standard lead time of 2-3 weeks unless otherwise notified. Please contact us with any requests prior to placing your order.
We are happy to extend a 10% discount to all trade clients. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a business or resale certificate and obtain a trade discount code prior to purchase. Trade discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
